J&S Repair Inc of Grand Meadow, MN is currently seeking a qualified service technician. Job Duties include but are not limited to, field service calls, on-site service work, assembly of equipment, maintenance of shop/service equipment. Applicant must be able to lift 75lbs on occasional basis, 50lbs on regular basis. Service technician must have or be able to acquire tools to perform job duties. Applicant must have a valid driver's license and health card. This position is for full time employment with occasional overtime. Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm and every other Saturday 8:00-12:00 (During busy ag seasons every Saturday) If interested in this position please attach resume and we will contact you. Responsibilities and Requirements include but not limited to:

• Is well versed in the sales process and always seeking ways to improve selling skills.
• Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment
• Monitors and informs dealership management of trends in equipment and practices
• Assists with the preparation and execution of customer events, trade shows, open houses, etc.
• Conducts field demonstrations
• Maintains current knowledge of financing options available to customers
• Attends sales and product training events/seminars
• Maintain current knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate properly for trading purposes
• Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports
• Knowledge of agricultural and construction and its application preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Self-motivated
• Candidate must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• This is a base pay with commission position, with a focus on commission

General Mechanic, this mechanical position would be in Zumbrota and would include but is not limited to, general maintenance on J&S Repair vehicles, maintenance and PDI of Midsota trailers, oil changes and light mechanical work on the equipment J&S Repair sells.
